Domestic Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at markrockon.com – Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If ordering on a weekend, orders will be processed starting Monday, except on statutory holidays. Orders may not be shipped, or delivered, on weekends or holidays as some shipping services are closed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated after checkout. We find the best rate from multiple couriers.

PO boxes can not be used if shipping courier, or outside of Canada. Canada post shipping option, if you live with in Canada is the only option you can choose if shipping to a post office box.
If you live outside Canada, and the only address you may use is a po box number, then click the pickup option for shipping. Please phone MarkRockOn at 778-549-4407 and we will arrange shipping for you.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you have not received it.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Markrockon.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
MarkRockOn ships worldwide. Anywhere Eshipper Canada’s unique shipping company delivers. They have incredible savings with all their shipping affiliates because of huge volumes of parcels shipped daily, worldwide.

Damages
Markrockon.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. It is recommended you buy insurance during checkout to protect your parcel if lost, or damaged. Insurance is automatically covered for the first $100.00 of your order. It costs an additional 75 cents for each $100, or portion of, after the initial $100 order. Your insurance, if you chose to purchase, is handled through us, with eshipper.
For instance: If your parcel is worth $100, or less, it will cost nothing for insurance.
If your parcel costs $150, or $200 etc, cost for insurance will be 75 cents.
If your parcel costs $550.00, insurance will cost $3.00
We take every precaution when packaging your parcel.
Return/refund Policy
MarkRockOn is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of our shipping date. No questions asked! No restocking fees.
- Email Customer service at markrockon@telus.net – Please Include your purchase order number to receive your return authorization. If item is damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label, or a carrier will be sent to pick up the entire package, including packaging/box, packaging material, and broken item.
- Please not that all Insurance claims may be impossible unless all items are saved for pickup.
- In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
- All refunds will be processed once we receive the parcel/items and process at our warehouse. It will be wise for you to ship with a tracking number, to insure we receive your returned items/parcel.
- We do not accept any returns after 45 days from our shipping date.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require you to contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. You can phone 1-604-776-1225 to hasten service or email us at markrockon@telus.net
- To cancel an order please contact MarkRockOn as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will refund your payment. If your order has already shipped, we will process your refund as soon as we have received the parcel back from you and process it at our warehouse.
- All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
Claims Guidelines
To ensure that your claims experience is smooth, please follow the below guidelines:
If you received your order damaged, or don’t receive it, please contact MarkRockOn at markrockon@telus.net
We will put in an insurance claim for you, with your help. A loss or damage claim should be submitted within 20 days of a shipment being delivered (the sooner the better)
Please include in the email the following:
- Order number
- Photos of the Damaged Product
- Photos of the damaged box
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods after filing a claim. If your parcel seems damaged, it is necessary to take pictures of any broken products, the box and all packing materials. It will speed up the insurance process. Insurance claims may take between 4 to 8 weeks to finalize.
Please not that all Insurance claims may be impossible unless all items are saved for pickup.
